CACSSA CLUBHOUSE RULES – COVID-19

Competition Rules & Section 5 | World Air Sports Federation

The safety and wellbeing of our members, guests and staff is our number one priority. We must therefore ensure that those people visiting CACSSA feel safe and secure, and we will continue to review our policies and procedures in line with Government guidelines.

The clubhouse bar will reopen with outdoor seating only from Saturday 17th April. From Saturday 22nd May, the clubhouse bar will open with indoor seating. The bar opening hours have been limited whilst we assess the demand and ability to operate the club in a safe and responsible way. Weekend opening times are Saturday 1:30pm – 9:30pm and Sunday 1:30pm – 7:00pm. We will review the opening times and midweek opening of the bar as requested.

Anyone visiting the club must be free of all signs and symptoms of Coronavirus. If anyone does show signs or symptoms of Coronavirus, the duty steward will ask them to leave the premises immediately and not to return for 14 days. Details will be passed to the authorities to enable the process of track and trace if necessary.

All members and their guests must complete the NHS test and trace by scanning the QR code with your NHS Covid-19 app to check in. The NHS Covid-19 App can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. Posters have been displayed indoors and outdoors.

The rule of 6 people will apply unless you all live together and a maximum of 2 households. Individuals cannot move from one group to another and cannot ‘mingle’. We ask for your co-operation to enable staff to monitor this essential requirement. Staff have been instructed to adapt a zero-tolerance policy in monitoring this law.

Anyone not following the social distancing guidelines will be reminded of them and if they continue to ignore these rules, they will be asked to leave. DO NOT arrange to meet in groups of more than 6 people. Please respect our staff as they are here to help you.

Access to the clubhouse toilets will be made available to members and guests socialising outdoors. The gents will use the toilets located in the Geoff Hardy suite and the ladies will use the toilets located in the corridor. Face masks must be worn at all times whilst inside, with no exception and hand sanitiser has been positioned throughout the clubhouse. The outdoor portable toilet should be used by members or visiting guests participating in sports activity.

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times and should be accompanied by a parent or guardian when visiting the toilet.

Table service will be in operation. Please be aware that service time maybe slower, however every effort will be made to serve you as quickly and safely as possible.

Contactless payment only.

Members and guests must vacate the premises 30 minutes after the bar has been closed and should not congregate on the patio, field, or car park.
