As the coronavirus situation evolves, the safety and wellbeing of our members, guests and staff is our number one priority. We must therefore ensure that those people visiting CACSSA feel safe and secure and we will continue to review our policies and procedures in line with Government guidelines.
The CACSSA clubhouse remains open with limited corporate, social and sporting activities taking place. The clubhouse opening hours have been limited whilst we assess the demand and ability to operate the club in a safe and responsible way. For this reason the following rules have been introduced.
The capacity of our event rooms have been reduced to comply with Government guidelines.
Members lounge is limited to a maximum of 12 people.
Function room is limited to a maximum of 32 people.
Geoff Hardy suite is limited to a maximum of 65 people.
Patio area is limited to a maximum of 30 people.
Anyone visiting the club must be free of all signs and symptoms of Coronavirus. If anyone does show signs or symptoms of Coronavirus, the duty steward will ask them to leave the premises immediately and not to return for 14 days. Details will be passed to the authorities to enable the process of track and trace if necessary.
All members and their guests must complete the NHS test and trace by scanning the QR code with your NHS Covid-19 app to check in. The NHS Covid-19 App can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
The club will be open to members and accompanied guest only.
No more than 6 people in a group unless you all live together (or are in the same support bubble) Individuals cannot move from one group to another and cannot ‘mingle’. We ask for your co-operation to enable staff to monitor this essential requirement. Staff have been instructed to adapt a zero tolerance policy in monitoring this law.
All members and guests are required to bring a face covering and wear it when moving around the club e.g. Masks can be removed when sat down drinking.
Anyone not following the social distancing guidelines will be reminded of them and if they continue to ignore these rules, they will be asked to leave. DO NOT arrange to meet in groups of more than 6 people. Please respect our staff as they are here to help you.
We are operating a one way system in our corridor and access to the public toilets have been reduced to 2 people at a time. Please follow the directional signage and one way system.
The main entrance and patio doors including all internal doors will be open to improve ventilation and reduce contact with handles.
Children should be supervised at all times and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when visiting the toilet.
Please keep the bar area clear. Once you have purchased your drink, please move away allowing space for the next person. Follow the directional signage and one way system in operation.
Hand sanitiser has been placed at the entrance and throughout the clubhouse.
Contactless payment only. No cash permitted.
Table service will be in operation. Please be aware that service time maybe slower, however every effort will be made to serve you as quickly and safely as possible.
Members and guests must vacate the premises by 10pm and should not congregate on the patio area after this time.
Help us keep the site free from litter, by using the waste bins provided throughout the clubhouse and in the car park.
